Who we are
Treats by T runs the Treat Club loyalty programme. We are the data controller for the information you give us when you join.
What we collect and why
- First name, email address — to create and identify your loyalty card and to send sign-in links (contract / legitimate interests).
- Mobile number (optional) — only if you choose to give it, for pop-up alerts by text (consent).
- Stamps, rewards and visit history — to run the programme and resolve any disputes (contract).
- Marketing preference — we only send marketing if you tick the box. You can untick it any time in your account.
- Apple Wallet device registrations — a device identifier and push token so your card can update itself (contract).
- Basic usage events (e.g. that a page was viewed) — to understand how the programme is used (legitimate interests).
How long we keep it
For as long as you are a member. Delete your account from the Account page and everything is removed immediately.
Who we share it with
Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf. Apple receives the minimum needed to deliver your Wallet pass. We never sell your data.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data from your Account page, or by emailing us. You also have the right to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
